- 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 zest of lemon
- 1 tsp butter (salted)
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3-4 tsp milk
- 2 cups + 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp butter extract
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 zest of lemon
Directions
Icing
- Combine sugar, lemon, lemon zest.
- Add in butter, microwave for 45 seconds.
- Whisk until smooth.
Butter Cream
- Whisk together ingredients.
Cookies
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and corn starch.
- Cream together butter and sugar.
- Add egg, egg yolk, vanilla, butter extract, lemon juice, lemon zest.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Form into cookies (1 1/2 tsp balls), bake at 350 for 11 – 15 minutes.
