Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 bag chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl.
- Mix butter, sugars, and peanut butter in a large bowl. Add egg, vanilla and mix.
- Add in flour mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
