Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup white wine
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bunch fresh dill w/o stems
- 2 filets of fish
Directions
- Heat oven to 375.
- Mix everything except fish together. Grease bottom of a glass baking dish with mixture.
- Add fish to baking dish, pour remaining mixture over fish.
- Bake uncovered until internal temperature of fish is 145 (25-35 minutes).
