Lemon Dill Wine Fish

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch fresh dill w/o stems
  • 2 filets of fish

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375.
  2. Mix everything except fish together.  Grease bottom of a glass baking dish with mixture.
  3. Add fish to baking dish, pour remaining mixture over fish.
  4. Bake uncovered until internal temperature of fish is 145 (25-35 minutes).
