Ingredients
- ½ cup old fashioned oats
- 3 cups water
- 2 teaspoons real maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds at the highest setting.
- Place a mesh strainer over a large bowl and strain.
- Chill overnight, shake before use.
